In this remote sales-focused role, you will engage with clients via phone, text, email, and video calls. If you thrive on building relationships and are comfortable with direct communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
While our focus is on sales, our approach is needs-based. We prioritize understanding our customers on a personal level, ensuring we provide solutions tailored to their unique needs. Remember, everyone needs insurance, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
- Conduct needs-based conversations with clients to understand their unique situations and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and progress within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.

Qualifications
